Start your morning with a warm, fluffy bite of these bakery-style chocolate chip muffins! Moist, soft, and loaded with chocolate chips — they’re perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet snack anytime.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• ¾ cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, both sugars, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients. Don’t overmix — batter should be lumpy.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips, saving a few to sprinkle on top.
6. Divide batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full. Top with extra chips.
7. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Tips for Best Results:
• Use room temperature ingredients for an even mix.
• Buttermilk adds moisture and tang — yogurt works too!
• Don’t skip the sprinkle of extra chocolate chips on top for a bakery-style look.
