Ingredients:
• 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Press the tofu to remove excess water using a tofu press or wrap in paper towels and place a weight on top for 10-15 minutes.
2. Cube the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
3. Toss tofu with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss again to coat evenly.
5. Place tofu in air fryer basket in a single layer.
6. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
