Ingredients:
• 2 medium zucchinis, grated
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions

• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Grate the zucchini and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel or cheesecloth.
3. In a bowl, mix the drained zucchini, green onions, parmesan, flour, egg, garlic powder, and pepper.
